Anne's Biography :
Thinking back over the 45 years I have served as a licensed Realtor, it amazes me how home sales have changed in the evolution of the market. Especially the technology. One thing which has not changed for me is the personalized service I continue to offer my buyers and sellers. I work hard to keep up with the latest in technology, market trends, financing options, and more. More than one client has expressed their pleasant surprise at how accessible and responsive I have been. I humbly take pride in this. At the end of the day, it is such a fulfilling feeling to have. After working with Re/Max for twenty years, I recently changed to the most up-and coming agency in the area, United Real Estate Louisville! This agency is providing me with even more tools than I could have imagined.,
Here is one testimonial a client posted to Zillow: "Anne was knowledgeable and had the expertise that we were looking for to help sell our home and purchase a new one. We had my house on the market for 2 1/2 years before Anne became our agent. She used all of the latest technology to sell our house quickly. The she negotiated to get our new house for a great price! Wish she had come into our lives sooner!"
After attending the University of Kentucky and University of Louisville with a major in Business, I jumped into the management field with eight years as General Manager of The Plainview Racquet and Swim Club and four year with The Owl Creek Community Association. The organizational skills required in the management field have given me the edge in the many aspects of real estate sales such as innovative marketing, contract negotiation, and much more.
I am active in the charitable community by volunteering with 'God's Designs, Inc'. (go to their FaceBook page) where we furnish and decorate homes for formerly homeless individuals. Another very fulfilling activity where I have learned it is better to give than to receive! I am also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Kentucky Association of Realtors, and Greater Louisville Association of Realtors. I work part-time for The Institute of Real Estate Management, which is a non-profit affiliate of NAR.
I would love the opportunity to work with you to give you the best Real Estate experience ever~
